OUR STORY
Born out of the success of Zero Empty Spaces, SOP was founded to address a growing need in the creative community—secure, lasting spaces where artists can thrive without the constant fear of displacement. While Zero Empty Spaces has pioneered affordable short-term studios in vacant retail spaces, SOP expands this vision by creating permanent opportunities through donated properties, institutional partnerships, and sponsored artist residencies.

Spaces of Possibility (SOP) exists to ignite creativity, foster community, and ensure artists have the space they need to thrive.
(SOP) is dedicated to transforming unused or underutilized properties into vibrant hubs for artistic expression, empowering artists with affordable studios, performance venues, practice spaces, and live/work opportunities.
By collaborating with property owners, donors, and institutions, (SOP) turns once-empty spaces into flourishing centers for culture, collaboration, and innovation.
